Simple 30-Day Return Policy
At Epic Gaming Fun, customers can request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact.
- You need to provide a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.
- Trading cards must be unopened and untouched.
- Used or pre-owned products are eligible for exchange only unless proven defective.
How to Request a Return
- Submit your return request through our Contact Form including your order number and reason for return.
- After approval, we will send you a Return Authorization email with detailed instructions.
- Please do not send back any products without this authorization—unauthorized returns will be refused.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us immediately using the Contact Form with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue (photos are appreciated)
We strive to respond within 72 hours and may provide a prepaid return shipping label if applicable. All returned defective items will be inspected before refund approval.
Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

How Exchanges Work
If you want to exchange an item, please:
